The Hearth Table
The candles are lit. The table is waiting.
Welcome to The Hearth Table, where each month's gathering celebrates the quiet beauty of seasonal ingredients, thoughtful hospitality, and the simple joy of sharing a meal.
Inspired by the orchards, gardens, and kitchens of Emberhaven, every menu is thoughtfully prepared to reflect the season and the belief that the moments we share around the table often become the memories we cherish most.
Whether you're preparing a meal for family, welcoming friends into your home, or simply setting the table for yourself, we hope you'll find inspiration here to slow down, gather well, and savor the beauty of everyday life.
Please... make yourself at home.

Preparing the Table
Long before guests arrive, every detail is tended with care.
Head Chef Alyssandra Gregorios and Assistant Chef Michael Parma believe that hospitality begins long before the first course is served.
From selecting seasonal ingredients to placing the final candle on the table, every gathering at Emberhaven is prepared with intention, creating a space where conversation lingers, laughter is welcomed, and every guest feels at home.
